Internet connection unreliable!!! Wobbly chairs on the breakfast terrace need replacement!!! Take note of premium charges for balloon flights through the hotel, which can be double the market rate!!!

Mixed feelings about this
The rooftop offered stunning views, and the breakfast was incredibly tasty with daily fresh surprises. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with tours and transportation.
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool at night, which affected sleep quality. Some noise from the area made things less tranquil than desired.

my stay at hanzade cappadocia was, well, let’s say below my expectations. i didn’t appreciate the room size difference, and the noise at dawn, absolutely horrendous. i mean, a complimentary bottle of water or some snacks would’ve been the least they could do. i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Our experience was incredible. the room was even more authentic than the pictures, and the Turkish breakfast on the terrace with fairy chimneys was unforgettable. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire before leaving, but the help we received saved our day. Can't wait to visit again!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace with great views and even took a hot air balloon ride. The owner helped us with all our plans, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is solid too, close to everything. Highly recommend trying the local cuisine for breakfast!
While the stay was enjoyable, the internet was a bit spotty at times, which made it tricky to stay connected.

The location was perfect! Mehmet helped us book an unforgettable hot air balloon flight, and the buffet breakfast had so many delicious choices. My girlfriend and I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the surrounding landscape after our adventures.
My wife says that the internet connection was spotty during our stay.

The family room was spacious with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a lovely view. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower and free toiletries. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace to watch the balloons. Breakfast included delicious local cuisine and the coffee was freshly brewed.

The stay at Hanzade Cappadocia was exceptional, featuring spacious and well-decorated rooms with comfortable bedding. The bathrooms were nicely appointed with plenty of hot water. Each morning, the buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious dishes, including freshly brewed German coffee. The owner went above and beyond, upgrading my room during the stay, which truly enhanced the experience.
There were no notable negative aspects during my stay.
